I believe we all have different principles in our life. It is a basic rule or belief that can influence our thought or action. It is the matter of fact whether you can hold on to your principles or not.

What is my principle in life?

Yes. I don’t believe in bribing. Say no to BRIBE. I also believe this is the hardest to do especially when you are in Malaysia but I am so proud to say that I never bribe before. Some of you think that it is quite stupid and why go through all the hassle when you can just settle it with some money. Not everything is about the money. Like I said just now, it is whether you can hold on to your principles if you do have one. Because it is kind of pressure when you are trying to be different yet not because you want to stand out or be really different. I always think that if everyone bribes, the world or at least our country is going to corrupt soon although it is pretty much corrupted already. Somehow, I do believe that there is minority out there who hold the same principle like me.

You might think that I am one kind of an idiot trying to prove something, but it is my principle, so what?

“A friend in need is a friend indeed.”

Do you have a lot of friends? Are they good friends, ex-boyfriends or toxic friends?

Or do you remember how you enjoyed watching Friends and wish that you had a bunch of friends like Friends?

What is the definition of friend? Hmm.. – a person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically exclusive of sexual or family relations. Crap la. I think that definition is a bit too long.

Let’s see what kind of friend we have here :-

Good (Best) Friend : Because I am a girl, so good friends to me is mostly ji mui (oppss.. i’m sorry Lenny ) that you have no problem hanging out with, gossip gossip and of course the one you can share everything with, talk cock under the sun, take picture anywhere with any pose that you like when no one is looking at you, laugh and cry together, support you no matter what and most importantly, accept you for who you are.

Normal (Just) Friend : They are people that you don’t mind spending time together with whenever you are free. You won’t share your personal problem with them, you guys just hang out to party maybe shopping or talk about any other thing that is non personal. You only laugh with them, i doubt they will ever see you cry in front of them (if you are the crying type then there’s nothing much you can do la…)

Colleague mate : So, although these people they work together with you, but somehow you spend most of your time seeing them (normal people from 9am – 5pm but imagine those in advertising line – the amount of time you spend with your colleagues is more than you seeing your mom at home). Since you are seeing them everyday for at least 8 hours per day, they are considered your friend also, okay. If you get along with your colleague very well, they can be your good friend (that’s what happened to me – most of my colleagues, they are my good friend). Spending 8 hours everyday with your colleague, better make friend not enemy.

Boy/Girl-Friend : Okay, we are talking about BGR here. Because friend that is boy/girl is consider normal friend or perhaps your good friend or he might be one of your colleagues. Girls, I believe we all need a bf (ok kel, don’t rush me…). Why? Well.. I guess we all know it. We need someone to be there, always be there, pamper us, kiss kiss hugs hugs, and do other things that even good/best friends cannot do. Heh..

Toxic Friend : Chinese saying “pig and dog friends”. These are the people who never actually do any good in your life. Normally you just go out to eat drink eat drink with them. After eat drink eat drink, it’s still eat drink eat drink. Oh.. and party party party party and party. They will call you if they are in trouble or whenever they need help, run out of cash etc etc but if you ever need their help, they will disappear and tell you that they will pray for you so that your problem will disappear also. So-call-Good-Friend : How do you know he/she is only a ’so-called-good-friend’ but not really a good friend. You always think that you are very close to him/her but he/she just treat you casually. Or you guys used to be very close at one time. You think it’s ok because he/she is no toxic friend. He/She won’t really toxic your life. But… he/she only call you out when she needs something from you, so I call that a so-call-good-friend.

Acquaintance : Hi and bye friend. We all have ton of that. Even the postman can be one.

Last but not least, of course.. there are also GFP and CIPLAK friend! Cool right..?
