S For Singapore – Part 1
Back from Singapore few days ago, with sorethroat, flu and fever. Now left sorethroat and flu. Nevertheless Singapore was awesome.
Met up with Jufri, and he showed me around to places that I’ve never been to before in Singapore. What I mean is places apart from shopping complexes.
One of the most interesting places we visited was the “Little Children Museum”. It was a new shop about 2 months old. Inside, as y0u can see in the pictures below, they showed you all the toys you played when you were young since your grandmother’s generation.
And what’s more interesting was I got to play with toys that I can only see in TV or TVB drama last time.
We took a lot of pictures together. Believe me, with Jufri around.. he looks more like a tourist with having 2 cameras and once he start taking pictures… he can’t stop. =)
I had so much fun. Of coz I didn’t go all the way to Singapore for fun, I attended a seminar called Millionaire Mind Intensive by T. Harv Eker. That’s something I think everyone should attend! Okays, I’m gonna leave that for Part 2. =)
I mean… fyi, I am still not well. Ask YK, she know how I look like.
Thanks Jufri! Thanks for the… you know what, I am gonna thank for all the thing I miss in Singapore. Arigato!
Let’s Fly…!
This is what I do when I am damn free and when I am damn jealous with your GFP 15″ Mac Book Pro (although i get to use it before him,
)
Okay, I sent my laptop for a ‘check-up’. So I am hoping I can get it back before I leave to Singapore this Thurs morning. Yes, I’ll be off to Singapore 8am Thurs. And on that night itself, someone called Jufri MUST bring me to ben & jerry’s. I don’t care whatever the comment is and he gotta figure out how to get me a Strawberry theraphy!
Life Mastery Retreat Nov 2007
I’ve been away from the civilization for 4 days. Staying next to the jungle, back to nature and of course, no handphone for these few days.
To be honest, I wasn’t that sure before I go to the retreat. Well, I’m glad I told myself I was too early to judge and be skeptical about it, because after all my bro went for it and he gave it a two thumbs up!
First day…
Henn Wei, Lenny and I paying attention.
We played game called Manual Life. The tagline of the game is “there’s no further instruction”. You only listen to the instruction once and if you asked any Q after the game is officially started, the coach is going to tell u off with the tagline. It’s like life… once you started, you have to go on and experience it, there isn’t any more instruction.
And you always share when you finish playing some game because that’s how you learn from it…
Busy calculating my cash in the cash flow game.

Day 2
Didn’t take too much pix for day 2.
We went to waterfall in the evenin. 14 of us, with 2 torch light. By 7:30pm the sun set and it was all dark. It was quite fun because we can’t see anything at all and that was the time when everyone helping each other so that we manage to get out of the waterfall on time for the next activities.
——-
Day 3
We were given one and half hour to answer some questions and do up a visualization board based on your goal statement. We were given 6 minutes to share after that. That’s the session when you cry and laugh. Because that’s the session where it you did a lot of self reflection and I basically let go a lot of the emotion burden that I carried with me for many many many years…
It’s not the first time that my bro hug me, but it was the first time in my life when when he came to me and hug me and make me feel like a small lil’ girl. I cried non-stop. Well, we cried. I’ll never forget how I felt. LMR pulls our relationship one big step closer to each other. I love you bro!

Day 4 – the last day
Day 4 was the highlight of the whole retreat. We had this session called ‘Butterfly Release” based on the precisionary effect. There were meaning behind just releasing the butterfly for fun. It was so, so beautiful….
After that we went for jungle trekking. (ahem.. yes the famous peace sign again)
And then some team building games. It was more fun when you play the game with positive mindset. Awesome.

There were a lot more activites than just what I showed in the photo.
I did a lot of self reflection, set some goals, and I know what I want in life. I am no longer that blurrie gal that turned 26 and don’t know what I want in my life.
I found myself and my life purpose.
Sounds cheesy but it’s true. I’d love to share this with all of you. I was so glad I went to LMR with Lenny. It was such a good experience and worth every penny of it.
Next one is in March 25th – 28th, 2009. Check out Life Mastery Retreat for more info.
CHECK IT OUT!!!!
Quote to share:
“I’m willing to do whatever on a daily basis even though it looks as if nothing is happening.”
Cook For Fun But Cooking Is Not Fun At All.
“Whoever wants to be my bf MUST know how to cook, if not you have to be rich enough to bring me to nice restaurant for candle light dinner or hire someone to cook.”
If you don’t know how yet, and you still like me very much, go and learn then.
No. No negotiation. At. All.
Because… Apparently I can’t really cook.
=)
There was a small cooking session 2 weeks ago in Lenny’s. Everyone has to cook or bake or make something. I’ve double confirm with everyone if they really want me to cook because I know I can’t cook nothing.
I knew the fact I am not good at cooking AT ALL when I cooked for my mom, she tasted it and she refused to eat it. I tried it wanted to prove her wrong only ended up throwing the food away and decided to bring her out to eat. Not one time, but many many times. Sigh. What can I say, sometimes you have to be gifted in doing something.
Anyway, back to the cooking session. I chose to cook cabbage with chicken, erm afterall that’s the only dish I think I can’t go wrong with.
First, I’ve to chop the garlic and within the first 2 min I cut my thumb. So KengLing took over. Then I marinated the chicken. Everything went so well except that I cut my thumb. But it’s ok.. I’m so eager to cook already..
Heat the wok, pour the oil, add in garlic.. chicken..
And if you haven’t noticed what yet.. I forgot the cabbages. It’s still in the plastic bag which has Tesco brand on it.
Hmm.. yeah I know, I know…
Luckily there was KengLing. She helped to wash and cut the cabbages in 2 min which was damn fast and so I can continue cooking. Because of all that happened, she had no choice but to monitor how I cook so to make sure the only vege that we have is edible.
And…
You see my cabbage in the center? Not too bad right…
And of course the highlight for that night was KengLing’s ABC soup but ’someone’ miss it. Ahem.. ahem..
And here’s the 3 monkeys.
Let’s order pizza next time!
